THE SUNFLOWER HAUS
Supportive Guidance for Single Women and Moms
At The Sunflower Haus, I support you if you are a single woman or a single mother rebuilding your inner world after
loss, divorce, separation, emotional abuse, or a major life upheaval.
This work is for you if you want to create stability again without losing yourself in the process, and if you’re longing to feel more grounded, clear, and emotionally steady as you move forward.
I’m not a formally certified coach. I’m a single mom who is a survivor of emotional upheaval and who rebuilt her life from scratch at the age of 42. I’ve walked through the emotional overwhelm, the uncertainty, and the responsibility of holding life together, and rebuilt from the ground up.
Today, I walk alongside you through this transition with lived experience, empathy, and emotional strength, offering supportive guidance that is practical, nervous-system-aware, and highly personalized.

I support you as a single mom if you are finding your way after a painful ending to a relationship. I help you create stability again without losing yourself in the process, while also deepening your connection with your children along the way.
Through The Sunflower Haus, I work closely with you to help you move from emotional overwhelm to steadier ground within a few months, and to create a life plan that feels realistic, achievable, and something you genuinely feel excited about. This isn’t about pushing through or starting over from scratch. It’s about finding your footing again in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.
At the heart of my work is the belief that you should not have to do this alone. So much support already exists, yet when you are exhausted and overwhelmed, it often feels scattered, confusing, or out of reach. My commitment is to make support accessible for you. I help bridge the gap between the help that already exists in society and what you actually need, so you don’t have to navigate healing, parenting, and practical decisions on your own, and so you feel guided rather than burdened.
By connecting emotional support with real-world resources, my goal is to help create lasting change for you and for other vulnerable families, particularly single-parent households where children are growing up.
When you regain your sense of safety, your children feel safer too. And when families are supported in this way, the impact reaches beyond the home, strengthening the wider community you are part of.

You Are Carrying the Invisible Collapse
(Inner depletion · constant emotional threat · survival mode · deep fatigue)
• You’re getting through the days. You show up, take care of what needs to be done, and from the outside it looks like you’re holding everything together. But inside, your body never really settles. Rest doesn’t feel restorative. There’s always a sense of being “on.”
Your nervous system stays alert, scanning for the next thing that could go wrong, preparing even in moments that are meant to be quiet. You are not really living but surviving.
This isn’t confusion or a lack of strength. It’s survival that went on for too long. And clarity can’t be demanded from a body in this state. Before you make decisions or try to rebuild, your system needs safety and rest.
You are Mourning What You Thought Life Would Be
(Identity grief · future loss · quiet heartbreak · on the other side of divorce)
• You are not only grieving the relationship itself but also grieving the life you were building around it. The family structure you were trying to hold together. The future you imagined. The sense of “we” that once gave your days direction and meaning.
This kind of grief is quiet and ongoing. It doesn’t demand attention or show up all at once. It slips into moments of choice, into comparisons you didn’t plan to make, into sudden waves of sadness that catch you off-guard.
An ending doesn’t mean you are broken. It simply marks the close of one story, making space for another to begin, when fear is no longer in the driver’s seat.
You Lost Yourself in Your Last Relationship
(Self-abandonment · boundary erosion · conditional worth · chronic exhaustion · second-guessing yourself · constant scanning for approval)
• Somewhere along the way, your needs started to feel optional. You adjusted more than you spoke up. Your boundaries softened, and your voice grew quieter, often without you realizing it. You kept giving and accommodating, hoping that if you held everything together, you would finally feel settled and safe.
This is how losing yourself usually happens. Quietly. Without drama. Not because you were weak, but because staying connected felt safer than being fully seen. Coming back to yourself isn’t selfish. It’s the beginning of honesty. Returning to yourself doesn’t happen all at once. It begins in small moments: noticing discomfort, pausing before over-giving, allowing your needs to exist without justification.

Helping You Make Grounded, Self-Honoring Decisions

🌼 About Me
This passion of mine stems from experiencing the end of a relationship and rebuilding myself from the ground up.
I know the fear, exhaustion, and overwhelming feeling of doing it all alone, and I also know what is possible when a woman rebuilds herself from the inside. And when the inner work is done there is a possibility that you can create a version of you which could be even better than who you were before.
You are not broken, you are becoming. And I am here to walk this path with you.
I want to help you learn how to move through your struggles with clarity, confidence, and far less suffering — so you don't spend years stuck in the same pain. I intend to shorten your healing curve and help you reach the version of yourself you are longing to become.
I've been a single mother since 2021, and it took me over three years to unravel everything I was carrying… to let go of the version of me that didn't serve me anymore… to release what was weighing me down, both inside and outside… and to finally find that grounded, peaceful place within myself.
That place where even on the darkest days, I can see clearly. Where I know the pain will pass. Where things no longer feel heavy, the way they once did. Where I don't have to carry the weight of everything alone.
And that's the space I want to guide you into — the space where you trust yourself; where you feel strong again.
We, at The Sunflower Haus, take that very logical, rational, clear- headed, grounded thinking and pair it up with intuition. And those two forces together will help you navigate this life and cut a new path through life’s jungle.
We get it. Time is one of our most precious resources, especially as single moms. That’s why we care so deeply about helping you move forward with more clarity and less suffering at the right pace.

🪶A letter to all moms
Dear Mum, I see you and you are not alone,
I know you are carrying more than you ever expected to. The responsibilities, the decisions, the constant juggling, it's a lot for one person. Being a one-woman show is exhausting, and most days it feels like there aren't enough hours, enough energy, or enough support to hold everything together.
I know you carry worries about your children and their future. I know you try to stay strong for them while your own heart feels heavy. And you are tired of making every single decision on your own, about school, money, routines, meals, safety, the future… just everything. It's relentless and no one really sees how much you carry behind the scenes.
I know the mix of emotions that come with all of this, anxiety, fear, shame, guilt, anger, loneliness, "Why me?" moments, the "Will this ever get better?" nights… and that strange grief of losing something you no longer even want.
These feelings are not a flaw. They are valid. And they make sense.
Then there are co-parenting, communication issues, triggers, and emotional reminders that show up even when you are trying to move forward. Staying calm while dealing with someone who hurt you, disappointed you, or still tries to control parts of your life requires a strength most people never talk about.
And of course, there's the fear of starting over, emotionally, financially, socially. When your identity shifts overnight but the rebuilding takes years.
One day you are in a relationship for life, and the next, you are navigating everything alone. That transition is real, confusing, messy and it takes time.
But here is the truth:
Your transition is not a failure, it’s a transformation.
And how quickly it becomes lighter depends on how supported you feel, how willing you are to let go of what no longer serves you, and how open you are to meeting the new woman you’re becoming.
And I want you to remember this with your whole heart:
No matter what you have been through, you can fall in love with your life again.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t have to be strong every moment.
You don’t have to walk this part alone.
You don’t have to guess your way through healing or rebuilding.
I am here with you, steady, grounded, and holding the light until you can hold it yourself.
To be your quiet reminder that even when your sky feels grey —you’ll be your own freaking ray of sunshine.
With much compassion,
You are not alone.
